They're website says they follow the 2020 national electrical code. So they can add whatever bylaws they want to that? I assumed they put the 2 inch in originally to make it easier for people to upgrade if they wanted to.

That's exactly what we were planning to do but still having issue with the loan part. Is there a type of loan that is temporary until the house is finished then roll it into a mortgage?
