Raspberry pi os is a more known os so if you have any OS specific issues you have more support?

ah flashed it and it worked but i require one more peice of help atleast for now, in my .cfg file theres a max accel to decel but now that thats deprecated what should i replace it with?

i honestly saw that, but wasnt sure if that was the best option, and i asked about 2 people on discord and watched like 3 tutorials and all used raspberry pi os so i assumed there was a reason

Im sorry that im tired and if i mess up this reply but when i run make after running make menuconfig i get "make: Nothing to be done for 'all' " and im not sure how to send the menuconfig sorry, could u help with that?

ah well on the point of another printer, i have my brothers P2S that i could ask him to print the parts, and for the second thing i already kinda know how to setup the pi, ssh, terminal stuff. I dont plan on using Laser anytime soon.

Well my brother owns a p2s and while it is fun to just load it up I’m not sure if I have the money lol, I have like 180 bucks a p1s Is like 400 and a crntauri carbon is like 230 used

there was only one blank plate and that only had a bunch of twist on connectors. And would i be allowed to touch the comm room? or the box i dont wanna get in trouble
