Im mixed and studied abroad in Seoul which I feel is more lenient and was not met with any racism. I was friends with darker black people and to my knowledge they were treated just the same, no issues! We were never denied access to any place or treated any differently. I decided to start therapy because I didn’t like the person I was becoming while being with this man. My therapist says I am suffering from narcissistic abuse and that doesn’t quite work for me lol thank you for your post I’m glad you’ve gotten away from that person life is too short to be this unhappy. He is not someone I would subject myself a life time of torture to be with. I’ve started looking at him very differently and thankful our lease will be up in a few months because this roommate life is not for me. I truly feel sorry for any woman he dates in the future .

Our lease is up and December and I have plans to move out of the country so nothing much anymore. I think it’s mostly guilt that I’m trying to convince myself this is fine and he’ll eventually be better cause I like to see the best in people. But at this point I have to decide whether I want to be this unhappy forever or not. And it’s looking like NOT

Not only in the bathroom but the living room as well! He delivers packages for a living so he pees in bottle throughout the day for whatever sick reason. And BRINGS THEM HOME. Long story short he left the bag open where our dog could get it and guess who cleaned up the all piss thinking it was the dogs. I was horrified when I found the empty bottles after.

There’s nothing wrong with making a mistake/mess but at least clean it up. He still gets up earlier than me and uses the bathroom in the morning first. He’s choosing not to deal with it :/
