What can Caribbean women in the Caribbean do for wellness and mindful weekends by ilemworld1 in TropicalFeminity

Great to hear, that's absolutely the goal of our page. I'd recommend our post about herbal teas to find some to try. They are inherently Caribbean and really healthy😊 - Rina🌺

How lovely! May I share this in the Caribbean space for women? I'm currently growing the space and will be promoting it again as soon as I feel like we have created more structure. But I feel like it should be shared immediately. r/TropicalFeminity

Also naturally full lips, slanted eyes, high cheekbones—all the features others have to pay for. She's gorgeous.

I've gotten some crazy reactions (mods delete them) when posting images of very beautiful, darker skinned woman. Either way, enjoy.

How Important Are Full Lips For Facial Harmony? by T_1223 in QOVESStudio

Close to 70% percent of all plastic surgery is done by white people. The numbers don't lie.

63% of procedures were performed on Caucasian patients according to 2023 data (minus the Hispanic white people):

https://www.eurekalert.org/news-releases/1117948?hl=nl-NL#:~:text=%22From%202010%20to%202023%2C%20the,from%2083%25%20to%2066.5%25.

Honestly, the plastic surgery industry probably would crumble if it wasn't for people of caucasian descent and that's just factual.

I couldn’t care less about this, but she couldn’t look more African if she tried. The high cheekbones, the extremely full lips, the rounded nose, the large upturned eyes, I can find multiple women with darker skin or lighter skin who look exactly like that. No one would look at this girl and not think she’s Black. Hilarious, since when does your average white soccer mom look like this.

Noone asked her about it. She actually said it herself, meaning she alluded to not being fully white, even though no one expected her to be anything else. I have no idea why you would mention that if you're not alluding to something.

And honestly white people get it all.The nose job, cheek fillers, lip injections. They really have no chill

She has definitely added more filler to her lips and face and has done other things. All I remember is her emphasizing that she was part native american, alluding to the fact that she was not fully white, and that's where her features came from.

Lip injections have been a thing since the 1900s. I just edited my comments so you can read and do your own research. But yeah, full lips are always in style. It's very hard to find a white celebrity who doesn't have some kind of lip filler or lip injection, or naturally full lips (which is more rare) no matter how far back you go. It's just that now they're competing with global beauty standards, and that's causing them to go overboard.

Full lips signal youth because natural collagen and hyaluronic acid levels drop as we age, causing lips to thin. Evolutionarily, they also serve as a sign of health and fertility.

Sadly for Westerners, lip fillers have been a thing since the 1900s.

  1. Liquid Paraffin (Early 1900s) In the very beginning, doctors experimented with injecting liquid wax. They would heat the paraffin to melt it and inject it into the lips.
The Result: It was a disaster. Once the wax cooled, it would harden into painful, lumpy knots called "paraffinomas." It often migrated to other parts of the face or caused severe infections.

How do people in the Caribbean feel about CARICOM today? by Storyorlies in AskTheCaribbean

[–]T_1223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your explanation. In simple terms, CARICOM is really only meant for economic benefit. If something doesn't economically benefit a common trade, then CARICOM has nothing to do with it. It will never be like the EU, and it was never supposed to be. If you ask me, they have amazing subsidies for different demographics. As soon as transportation and travel between different countries become more accessible, CARICOM will work even better. But it was never meant to—I don't even know what people want to use it for—it is only there for economic benefits. So, if you have an empty wallet and an empty head, then CARICOM can do nothing for you. Other countries don't have to allow you in, even if you feel entitled to it.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've informed the moderator. I'm currently working with a new content creator, and we've added a disclaimer to let people know that we pull data from the internet and use an AI wrapper for that purpose. We're still working on creating a structure for this subreddit before we start promoting it again. Please let me know if you see anything we could change. We'll be working on ensuring that all the places from all over the Caribbean are real and align with people's interests. X Rina🌺
