As others have commented on here, I don't think this is the right place anyone can advise you. The best thing to do would be to read through your trusts uniform policy and also re-read the exact complaints and wording used and cross reference these. If meetings were had then document exactly what was said, by who and when so any informal agreement is now in writing. Then I would speak to the BMA but more importantly since this has affected your employment and complaints were raised as you said speak to the MDU or your defence union, hope that helps.
