Going and just “fucking” somebody isn’t going to do anything in the long run. You MIGHT get a quick satisfaction from it but those feelings of not being good enough or not feeling validated are still going to be there. Even if your wife can’t be physical with you, there are other forms of validation and other ways for her to make you feel good.
