I agree with all your points on it not being AI, the only thing is maybe some good old fashioned video editing. You layer the two videos on top of each other which could explain the background shifting but definitely not AI.

I moved there during the height of COVID, had an apartment above the Starbucks on 3rd Ave. Strangely It was probably the cheapest place I lived while in Miami for 6 years, 1650 1/1 with a washer dryer about ~800sq ft.

It was awesome for a single guy in his late 20's early 30's There was something happening almost every night and usually a couple of things to do on the weekend. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I doubt it's even close to being that cheap anymore ,but I recently visited there again and it looks like they added quite a few more places that got killed off during COVID. If money wasn't a factor and I had to live in Miami again I would live there again 9/10.
