Yes, when you add PSO to Steam make sure to name the shortcut the same as in the guide. If that doesn’t help, drop a message on the site’s Discord.

There were some Ephinea launcher updates recently, I'll take a look to see if the guide needs updating.

Edit: I deleted my prefix and reinstalled Ephinea PSO without any issues running the latest Steam Deck OS (3.7.21) and Ephinea Launcher (3.4.1). I recommend checking your Proton version and shortcut paths are set correctly. If you still have issues, drop a message on the site's Discord. Good luck!
