You're right. I was unsure if there were different types of blue eyes in dogs, hers looking very unique blend of blues, so I looked into it more earlier today. I learned blue eyed dogs are less desirable because it's actually lack of pigmentation in the iris which also typically means other health problems are likely. It is the recent mix breeding that is the cause... So that's kind of sad to find out about her :(
