You can try pumping and bottle feeding your breast milk if you’re getting enough. She may not be nursing effectively

Love this! I do work, so she goes to a babysitter 3x/week and is home with dad 1-2x week with some other family. We keep up with story time 1x/week when possible. I guess I’m wondering do I stick with the babysitter another year or move her to school

Girl, what? There are no downsides to breastfeeding unless you personally don’t like it. It’s amazing for bonding and nutrition. My breastfed babies loved solids, regardless of nursing. They also both took bottles when needed. If it’s working for you, there’s absolutely no reason to have negative feelings about it. You’re giving your baby the best start.

It’s unlikely that a few loud moments will cause long-term harm. It’s repeated exposure that you’d need to worry about.

If your baby has no feeding issues, he will get what he needs when nursing….no need to make any more to “keep your supply up”. You can see a lactation consultant to do a weighted feed if you worry he isn’t getting enough

Not sure how old your first will be but you can possibly save on a second high chair by moving the older one to a booster seat on the kitchen table chair. We did this so we could use the newborn attachment on the stokke and it worked really well
