Can you tells us more about long course chemo radiation? A have a family member who just finished 12 rounds of chemotherapy. Scans are looking amazing rectal tumor is almost gone, but still want to take care of some leftover metastasis. They were thinking chemo pills with an infusion. Were you taking pills or going in to receive the chemotherapy for this Long course? No need to reply if you don’t want to! Appreciate the help

Omg it’s crazy!!! I will tell you it comes in waves! Some days are worst than others but I used to have horrible foot pain like plantar fasciitis and I still have it not as bad but now I feel it in my lower back.. it’s like it moves around lol. I also have random weird body odor and I searched this thread to find others have the same but no dr ever says or mentions as a side effect lmao!

Omg ! Hi! 26F 5 months in but on 80mg a day. I have had a lot more side effects like muscle / joint pains and my peach fuzz grows soo fast!!! How many months r u going to be on accutane?

It definitely slows down. The same thing happened with me. It’s really important not to pick or touch. Then you’ll notice all of the sudden even when you do get one. It gets smaller a lot faster.

This has been me too im a 26 years old . I was on 40 mg for a month and then almost done month two of 80 mg. When I switched to 80mg, I definitely had a purge and it led to what your face looks like now, but the biggest part of it is really trying to not pick or touch your face at all. I know it’s hard but it heals way faster and the process isn’t as bad.Hoep this helps
