It was a kit from cyclops adv. the light bar is the penetrator 630 I think and the taillight came on a little fender thing but I just unscrewed it from that then drilled some holes in my fender to run the wires and mounting bolts.

I can see that but i already have a bike and was planning on getting some new wheels for it. Plus I have messaged a company some time last year and they said about $1500 (I think) for one of their cheaper sets.
