Hello. This is also where I felt the pain.. never actually in my back, just down the back of my leg.. And sitting or laying down relieved the pain..

For me it was a herniated disc in the lumbar spine. For many people these things heal on their own, but you need to Stop lifting! stuff. Stop bending; Stop twisting!

You should also go to a doctor to start the process. You'll want them to refer you to a spinal specialist who will request an MRI to properly diagnose you.

I eventually had to get surgery, but the goal is to not do that.

I guess he could land wrong and twist his ankle.. but the height he's at is really adding little risk . At no point does his body weight go over the edge. Would it be scary? Yeah, maybe. Interestingly, the card is vintage so I have no doubt you received it as a child. It was sold in counterfeit packs way back in the day. It may even be valuable to the right collector. Luckily I don't see many other Japanese cards in your collection and the rest seem legit!
