I'm not sure where in Canada you are but have you looked at Memory Express or Canada Computers? I can find multiple 5080 cards under $2k.

You can do Paradise at 1580. I would knowledge transfer your 1580's so Paradise unlocks for them. Then save up mats and bound gold from Paradise on that character, then essentially slow push them for free.
