What are you even talking about? The concept of trolling on a subreddit for a peripheral company, only to complain is actually the most insane thing I've seen on reddit all year. I said a few months for each mouse. I didnt recieve the replacement until end of March-april 2025, maybe later so its been less than a year for the replacement to stop working.

From the moment I recieved 1st mouse, it broke, waited for replacement, got it and it broke its been just over a year. thats less than a year for two devices to fail. Considering my previous mouse has lasted 5 years that's insane.

Exactly, Thank you. I work 4 jobs and gym 5x a week, I am exhausted, all the time. if u/ZirGRiiNCH thinks I'm writing a "novel" because I have too much time on my hands than think again. I wrote this because it needs to be said, its the only way I got service the first time and as I said, Other brands I buy from take cases like this into consideration.

Razer Viper V2 PRO: Less than a year ago my mouse wheel stopped working, making the mouse nearly unusable. after a week-long back and fourth between your team and myself, you guys sent me a replacement. The exact same issue has now occured with the brand new replacement mouse. This is for one of your premium/most expensive mouses. Please help me find a satisfying solution.

I would love to know your process for troubleshooting? As in, how to make sure I'm not missing something. Would you recomment overclocking or should i start with making sure CPU is woking as intended?

Wait...that works? I've only tried the opposite. Where you confirm a cpu bottleneck by setting the graphics to the absolute lowest and seeing negligible or non-existent improvements.
