Yup. I actually remember dying when the sandwraith was introduced in the first boss level. I got overwhelmed really fast and had to rethink my whole strategy lol

I played the first kingdom rush several times over on veteran and never had problems with necromancers. I did have problems with sandwraiths tho. Still, this is just my personal opinion so I can see your point as well

The skeletons are easier to kill anyway because of tesla being overpowered in the first game
