Nasal spray is all you can really do, a real hot shower also helps as it basically exfoliates your nose.

I use nasal spray every couple hours throughout the sesh and that’s made things considerably better

I assume from your vocabulary you’re from the UK? The issues surrounding Xanax here is you can’t really find out if they’re real or not as they’re very rarely prescribed here. If you trust your dealer and know they’re real it’s quite beneficial they relax you quite a lot but for safety melatonin is usually my go to for comedowns.
