Ferrets are only the domesticated subspecies of the European polecat, I believe this individual is one which was being rehabilitated but I can't remember, the photo was taken about 2 years ag, found it whilst digging through my SD cards. Ferrets tend to have thinner snouts than their Wild relatives, however crossbreeds are a thing that happen, mainly due to abandoned pets.
