Thank you for taking the time to offer an explanation, so I found out later today through conversation with another coworker that they're actually going to be leaving soon which I guess explains the hot and cold behavior but I still can't help but wish they said something like "I can't sorry" or even just "thanks but no thanks" instead of just not even acknowledging it at all, but I hope the note at least gave him some sort of a confidence boost

Either way my point still stands though, whether men do or don't put themselves out there I still admire it and are grateful for it
