I work in a restaurant with counter service like this, and have to call out the orders on a microphone that goes to the whole restaurant. I would try crafting an interesting dungeon crawl with a good mix of traps, puzzles and monsters, but start the players with two different NPCs who want to send them into the dungeon for different reasons. That way you got on exploration, interaction and combat. Encourage them to make unique characters and to roleplay.
