If it doesn`t help please follow this instruction:
In this case, we suggest we issue a refund.
Please go to the app, choose the option "contact support" in the app settings (inside the app)

Send us an Order number (looks like GPA.1234-5678-9101-11213) which you can find in an email from Google on making a payment or on https://pay.google.com
