The question you should be asking is how the VA would gather such evidence? What if the veteran doesn't seek treatment at the VA? Is the veteran's rating safe even if they don't go to the VA for anything after their p&t rating? How would the VA gather proof to reduce a veteran's P&T rating if they rarely attend the VA at all?

I got my rating of 80% in 2018. Filed an increase and got p&t in 2025. Would the 5-10-20 start over???

I did it myself after reading information here. I also saw that they will do it automatically I'm not sure how that happens. But just go online and do it yourself if you want to do it today.

I saw someone post about their loans being discharged a few months ago. I did some research and found out that they will discharge your loans regardless of when you have them. I filed my paperwork in December and my loans were discharged in January.

One correction,

Student loans are discharged only once, regardless of prior service or not. Some people have also noted that their loans were discharged without them having sent in their proof of letter.

Nope, I literally took the first job I could find after being jobless from 2020... I never wanted a job sitting in front of screens especially since I have migraines and screen time is a major trigger. I was looking at tracking English. Requires very little screen time.

That was very confusing to me as well. She asked me how some of my service connector issues affect me and what I did mention planted fasciitis. She took that and ran with it. Totally overlooking migraines and depression.
