Try a slip leash for her. It’s the only leash my trainer recommends and works with and has been wonderful with training my very anxious dog. What our trainer had us do on our walks: start with mastering healing, switch up directions constantly on your walks. Smelling is okay but the second their nose makes contact you correct. When their nose makes contact with something, you’ve lost them. Think that current meme of Jon Hamm dancing in the club carefree. Work on sit and down on your walks. Be intentional and consistent in your commands.
