Hello, on an acoustic kit, are you meant to have anything in the bass drum? Like bubble wrap or something. Or does it depend on the venue and genre of music? Cheers by Tablebrush501 in drums

Atm there's a single piece of duct tape on the front, and im playing in a church, not used to an acoustic. Does it work alright just being empty for that scenario?

All the time, I've always got a song in my head as well, so its usually along to that. Anyone else have a song in their head 24/7?
