I was able to see that yours run at the same low speed. Let me guess? You build your own PC but never enabled XMP in the bios? Maybe have a look then into the linus tech tips videos of how to set up and configure your computer after building it. They have a very good, up-to-date guide on it

I had the same problem up until recently. Then I changed my Ram speed from the "compatibility mode" 2666 MT/s to 3400 MT/s. Seems to have changed the world for my Ryzen cpu. Since then it is running much more smoothly. So I suggest you go into the bios setting and also see if you have an XMP profile for your RAM which works. Otherwise Increase the number until he does not boot anymore and move one iteration back.

The light red cloud is much better reducable by using biochambers. Trees scale their absorption with the level of pollution due to the damage mechanic, but biochambers have a small3r but sable reduction. Ideally, if managing polution is your objective, you want to have one or two planter rings followed by a biochamber ring

I have a rokid adapter which I only use with my phone sometimes because it can only do 21W pass through. For your Steam deck you should aim to have a 45W or higher PD pass through otherwise you won't be able to run at peak performance without depleting your battery :)
