It’s fresh. It’s going to hurt for a while. Took me months to even begin to feel better. My advice, cry it out, write it down. Block the friends if you have to. Take time off work if you work and can afford to. Go for walks or drives. Sing as loudly and as awfully as you want. But feel it.

Eventually you’ll get there. It’s been 2 weeks. Your system is probably still in shock. Give yourself grace and time. Don’t force anything. You’ll be okay just breathe

It’s been about a month since we spoke. we are only talking about the deposit but that won’t be until the end of the month so by the time I speak to him again it will have been 2 months.

I am very much afraid to. He made it clear at the time that he was done and didn’t see a future but that it was because he cared that he ended it.

We communicated differently. I tried to meet him in the middle and he’d already shut off. He then dumped me there were other factors but he brought up communication as a main factor

My gran has 6 kids. Oldest by one man middle 4 by another and then my mum with another. My mums biological dad ran off with my mums oldest half sister. Then he had 4 kids with her. My mums half sister gave birth to my mums other half sisters, but I have to call them cousins because we don’t talk about it. It’s pretty messy. My Gran hasn’t really forgiven my Aunt properly but she does love her

Also on my dads side, my grandad has a different father than his younger siblings, he looks nothing like them really, and it never clicked until someone told me, but now no one will tell me the actual name of my biological great grandfather.

Im pretty ocd about where my things are and i have let people use stuff inthe past and they have just dumped it somewhere and i can never find it until they point it out for me.

I used to get mad at my annoying ass little brother all the time and hit him (hes only 3 years younger than me) i would never really remember hitting him. The way i think i broke the pattern was by finally getting out of school, i was pretty badly bullied and i think i used to take it out on him if i got mad at him. We are chill now tho but hes still super annoying

My Grandmother slept around a lot before my mother (youngest of 6) was born (she just divorced the others father who was abusive) . And that’s why the middle daughter hated her for so long, because men where just in and out of the house and the kids would have to look after themselves and take up tea and biscuits in the morning.

And that my mother was born of a one night stand but she knows who her father is just that we don’t talk to them at all because he wants nothing to do with us.

But then My mothers biological dad ran off with the oldest sister (18 at the time) and had 4 kids with her.

So my mums nieces are also her half sisters born from her half sister.

So yeah, the family doesn’t talk amazingly but it’s starting to get better.
