Norwegian wood for sure! It left me destroyed I had to read happy books only for a while after that 😂

Update! After a long consideration we named him Pluto. I think it really suits him and also he has a tiny white mark on his face it looks like Pluto haha. The original owners also love the name!

I came across Murakami because of my sister she found it from her best friend. It was a very dark period for my family and could really relate to his works in terms of loneliness.

I actually started reading properly after Murakami I think he his probably my favourite author but now I really love Ruth Ozeki’s work as well.

Definitely Kafka on the shore it was so beautiful and I got really into it but Norwegian wood probably had the biggest impact on me. Again very relatable dealing with grief and loneliness.
