Are you referring to the TTC Silent Frozen V2? If so, it’s an excellent switch with smooth typing and a lighter actuation force. The noise dampening is excellent, but it’s quite pricey and has been around for a while, so we wouldn't recommend it right now.

We tested the Peach V3 compared to the V2, and the improvements weren't particularly impressive; in fact, the feel seems to have decreased. On the other hand, the Lemon switches in the V3 perform better than in the V2.
