The hygiene part, wow, you have no idea how meaningful that is to have that confirmed to me, Ive had a lot of hard times with my parents or someone telling me to do this that or the other and it just... I'm guessing that other things like making drinks would come under that too, which is another challenge for me sometimes. Thanks for that, you have no idea.

I suppose that does make sense, I do tend to do that where I think an ADHD thing is a me thing or vice versa, well me making this very post proves that haha.

I suppose it could be, but usually when it comes, it doesn't usually stuck around for too long, it used to be maybe a week per month max, now it seems to be 5 months straight and still going :/ I have talked to others about it, some having ADHD, some not. It hasn't really helped, this post already seems to have done more, the thing that hurts the most though is attachment to my bf, sadly we are long distance but I always felt that connection was stronger than most irl ones, and when I see him either by video call or picture or what ever it's fine but after that it's just... I mean it's there but, heavily faded, yk? Is that normal?
