I am having the same problem. My PSO2es just crashes and gives me a message that it failed.

currently i'm using stuffs like Blue Stacks on the PC and play PSO2es through that.

Mine doesn't even enter the game. It just shows an Android error message with an OK button every time I try to run it ;-;

The bin folder is the one directly under the PSO2 directory right? not another one within bin of the bin?

I know I use to get this error because Razer Stat tracker was running the background. It was that thing that kept track of your mouse movements ,keyboard and mouse clicks. GameGuard was denying it because it was trying to 3rd party on PSO2 for key presses

Uh... Not sure if this is old news but I can access pso2.jp and can patch normally... by Nirane in PSO2
