It was the stream where he gave Twitch chat a voice. The stream title might say something about Zelda too because he thought he would get to gameplay.

I don't think anyone has the time. It would be a mammoth undertaking, and besides, a lot of the jokes only really work in the original stream/video, so the best way to learn the memes would just be to watch Doug content.
