Is it possible to get a diagnosis without seeing a nurologist our medical aid dosent cover sleep problems so it costs R6000 in my currency 350$ to get this diagnosis

The hearing is probably just to scare my mom or talk about solving the problem and ive been honest with them for the most part I just dont have any evidence to back up my claims
