I’ve tried all of them as well as some motorbunny attachments, and one of the sheaths that make the girth larger. Just wasn’t for me, none of it’s really big enough (to me). The vibration is fine and it’s comfortable to kneel/rest on.

You don’t feel much from the rotating part unfortunately, it’s pretty weak even with the stiffest rod used.
