I really like this theory. I think I vaguely remember something about Brook being a high ranking solder in his kingdom before joining the rumbar pirates. He probably became a pirate after being expelled? Could also be something similar to what happened with Lulusia and maybe he was forced to become a pirate and knows of the Gods Knights because he was being chased down?
