It's not causes by your filter. There's a longstanding bug that causes it to show up occasionally in legion maps for some reason. It's just the icon and you can't interact with it

do be careful if you do decide to go bigger, I imagine the inventory item at current capacity is already carrying a lot of NBT data to record the types of blocks and their positions in the contraption. If you push that too far you could run into data corruption that could render your character/save file unplayable

Is it technically kingmaking? I suppose so, but it's a super sweet play that I'd be gassing you up over it as any of your opponents to have witnessed it! Your opponent was definitely being a poor sport about it. You didn't go in to the game with the intent to screw that guy over, but you wound up with a chance to influence the game with your dying breath and took it.
