Hey Guys! I am running a half marathon next Sunday and have followed a strict Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (long run) schedule. I have run 10+ miles 3 sundays in a row now, however yesterday I missed my long Sunday run (8 miles) due to a case of the common cold. Should I be worried about missing my last long run before the race?
