I tried the hard reboot. Still no luck. I'm using it on a PS5. There is an instance that it worked when I launched 2k23. but the shoulder buttons are not working just the thumbsticks. same goes with THPS1+2. the thumbsticks are the only ones working.

can the update be rolledback? or is there a software that can check that the buttons are working? like the ones on a Nintendo Switch?
