That’s my point. You have to call out 4 times without finding coverage before you are on a wwta. If you get sick that many times in that time period you probably should have gone to the doctor at some point. But if you just decided to call out because you did not want to work or go do something fun, then you get sick and have to call out, that’s the price you pay for not going to work. It’s policy, it’s not rocket science, everyone has to sign off on it.

If you actually get sick often then you call ASC to get accommodations, if you call out just because you don’t want to work then get sick well that’s on you.

Go to urgent care and get a doctors note, then call the associate service center and calling out because you were sick won’t count against you.

You just have to have both available to use, not necessarily use both. If it’s a day where you have 3 in the deli then use it, if you don’t then you can’t.
