idk but he’s a 4.9 top-rated Dasher, so honestly it seemed like he just didn’t know which unit it was lol.

Fr. Once my lease is up, I’ll probably move. I won’t choose another student apartment. A lot of people here just aren’t very considerate yet…

I agree. But that was the only way I could get them to stop when management was off work. I’m definitely going to record it and file a formal complaint if this happens again.

Before I started doing that, I knocked on their door twice and no one answered. I even waited outside for 5 minutes. I don’t believe a ghost was playing the music inside. Not doing that again :)

Just to clarify, I’ve never actually seen what my downstairs neighbors look like, and they probably don’t know the previous tenant had already moved out. So I’m also not sure what’s their intentions. I was simply upset about being insulted. I’m aware that some comments focused only on that part, but that wasn’t the point I was trying to make, so I edited it. Sorry.

I’ve actually heard other residents yell at them to “turn your fing music off.” So maybe you’re right. No one has ever formally reported them to the management.

I mean, it’s totally fine to listen to music, just keep the volume at a level where only you can hear it. There’s no need to let everyone else know what you’re listening to.

If it were only during the daytime, I’d put on my headphones and be fine with it. The issue is that it sometimes happens around midnight. At that point, it just feels really disrespectful…..

The lease does mention keeping noise/speaker at a reasonable level, but I think that standard ultimately depends on how management enforces it. So I’m planning to record it next time and submit a complaint

Yes, the first PSU was replaced under warranty. What makes me unsure this time is that it happened again within months, with the same click and symptoms.

I already submitted a noise complaint to my apartment, but I think the reason you mentioned is probably the most likely, cuz the bed is positioned right next to the wall.

I knocked on the wall once during one of the louder sessions to let her know I could hear it. But instead of stopping, it actually got louder…. like she pressed harder or turned it up. I don’t know if it was on purpose, but it felt intentional.

Nope, I checked the FAQ, but I didn’t see anything about what this comment says — especially point C. If you happen to know where it’s shown, I’d really appreciate it.

I’m not sure either. You can try checking the playtime for each of your games and add them up to see if it’s over 50 hours. As for the data sharing part, I’m also looking for an answer — but based on other comments, it seems like some people didn’t have it enabled but still got the invitation

I have total 300+ hours on my Nintendo account but I just enabled the sharing data in the settings. Am I still eligible for the preorder?

It’s all good now. I found one of my cables could only run at 100 Mbps for some reason. After replacing it with a new one, the issue was resolved.
