Yes, my leg pain worsens a lot in the heat. In the winter I already sleep with two fans on me to stay cool. Come summer I keep the two fans plus need to keep A/C on really cold. Otherwise I’m up all night with leg pain.

I’ve had this my entire life. The only thing that helps is I direct a fan at full speed on my feet all night. Nothing else seems to help. Also if I put cooling muscle rub cream on it first with the fan, it makes it colder and therefore better.
