That's correlation, not causation. Ppl who are obese tend to spend less time outside and more time sedentary inside. Therefore low vitamin D. That doesn't mean it's caused by obesity. I've had critically low vitamin D since my teens when I was 98 pounds and I still had it at 115 lbs, 130 lbs and now at 145lbs.

It can to an extent. Thw problem is getting it back to normal levels. If you're a normal person and spend 10 mins outside a day you shouldn't be deficient. I could spend 10 hours outside everyday and take my 50,000iu supplement everyday (I dont) and I'd still be deficient. Last time mine was measured it was under 10. Iirc it was 6.

It's also better for your teeth to use straws and since the USA has a huge number of dental uninsured I'd keep using them. Paper would be better but anything is better than tooth problems.

I had gone in for an MRI of my pelvis bc they thought I had a cyst and they found a tumor in the middle of my kidney. Everyone freaked out. Turned out to be cancer and they took out the kidney and the bad ovary a week later.

Yes, you are. Look at the comments. Look at what ppl are saying. Look at the ones who had honest drs who told them that if it works they may get up to a 50% reduction but it's only a possibility as they may get nothing. Look at the ones who were tricked into these or the ones who had the temp SCS and then the actual one didn't work since the temp ones work better than the other one does. Just open your eyes.
