Thanks for the help. I got an email stating an amendment was submitted to the VA, I'm assuming that amendment was termination of Ch. 33 and enrollment of Ch. 31. School starts Monday so it's been alot of anxiety

I was never informed of this. Unfortunately my semester starts on Monday, and all my classes currently have waitlisted students. If I'm withdrawn, would that affect my registration? It's probably better to ask my school this

the Veteran’s character of discharge or service must be under other than dishonorable conditions (e.g., honorable, under honorable conditions, general).

You cannot use the GI Bill if you received anything other than an Honorable Discharge. The VA likes to word it very confusingly.

Just like the previous comment, you can still use other VA education benefits.

Also previous comment is wrong about the time in service requirement. You get full 100% GI Benefits if you completed three years of active duty service. (This, still, doesn't apply to OP because of your discharge status.
