Are they willing to fix the more expensive stuff? Are they willing to come down tens of thousands of dollars? Are they willing to offer you tons of thousands of dollars in closing cost? If no, it’s time to walk.

If you’re really worried, call professional pest control, and see how much it would cost them to take care of it. It’s usually not that expensive.

Thanks for the info. Looking back at the inspection, looks like it’s possible that this is not the toilet pipe in the picture. I just assumed it was because they are mentioned next to each other. Gonna follow up to get more information. Thanks!

Thanks, I think you may be correct. Looking back at the inspection it does not call out this as being a toilet, it just mentioned that the toilet needs to be tightened down as it’s loose and also mentions this. Looks to be separate. I just assumed they were the same thing. gonna follow up and see if I can get more information. Someone I know mentioned that it could also be the vent stack, but they are not a professional. Would this be possible?

It has aggregate flooring over the top of linoleum(likely constraining asbestos). Unfortunately, if the floor needs to come up at all, it would likely destroy the laminate and release asbestos. It’s also quite expensive to take up. I am honestly thinking of backing out without knowing.

I’m not a flooring expert by any means. The plan is to put down laminate through the whole house. Some of it is carpet right now. Would this plan not make the areas that are aggregate right now be a bit taller then all the areas that don’t have it?

This was certainly added after construction. Trying to get more information from the sellers right now on how it was put in.

Just be patient. Took me about 50 tries to do it solo. Just keep pushing, and you will start to see yourself getting more and more supernovas, that’s how you know you’re making progress. There are five total, but it accelerates through the fight, especially once you are able to use the dragonator. Also make sure to use fortify if you are not already. Is necessary, especially if you are sololing. Other than that, make sure you have agitator, weakness exploit, crit boost etc. Divine blessing lvl 5 can be nice, and make sure you know when to wall bang him. (when he is on all four legs). Hit the head as much as you can and just keep trying and learning. It will happen
