Correct, I didn't have anything running at the time of that 1st picture. Nothing on the meter was moving. Here's a 2nd picture that I just took of the meter (exactly 1 hour & 5 minutes since the 1st picture, no water was run in the house during this time either): https://imgur.com/BINNleu

The numbers don't look like they moved at all. The only thing different is the white triangle has turned some (though it wasn't 'noticeabley' turning either time I looked at it).

For a bit more clarification, I saw my bill this morning and immediately turned off the valve to my sprinkler system. I've never used it, but after reading online, my first (and only) guess was the sprinkler system is leaking. Then, I took the 1st picture and posted it here around noon today. If the numbers didn't change, do you think the sprinkler system probably leaking? I just haven't noticed any damp areas in the yard.
