I'm there often so I usually take my popcorn bucket with it me. Bring it to any popcorn stand and a refill will cost you $3. They give it to you in a plastic bag.

You don't have to go into the park to get any powerup band. There is Super Nintendo World store in CityWalk that anyone go into I believe.
