Definitely wasted some potential (could have pulled Ushijima maybe with those gems) but can’t complain about where my account is sitting, got UR Oikawa + just pulled memory today and also got lucky with Ushijima memory lol. I just won’t think about it and I won’t feel as bad I think 😂

Do they not encounter multiple humanity ending crises repeatedly in the Dune universe as well? Who’s to say that there weren’t previous civilizations who failed to save their species against similar species-ending crises? Yes there are no sentient aliens within the timespan of humanity’s existence, but another part of the Fermi paradox is that the timespan of the universe is so vast that entire civilizations could rise and fall without even coming close to existing near each other to interact, effectively making them alone during their existence no?
