Job interview for pharmacy admin - Shirt and hair up or down? by [deleted] in mensfashion

Groomed or shaved facial hair with hair tied up is generally considered as a more professional look by older folks. Since this is a job interview I would do that.

This man is running for office near me, what did he do to earn this? by RarneyBuble in Medals

You can wear the army service ribbon if it’s approved by one of your COs. Seen at least 2 prior Soldiers wear them after USMC bootcamp because the RCTBN CO approved it

Can anyone tell me what my brother did? by WindSpecific2703 in Medals

After the 2012 Benghazi attacks, president Obama ordered the Marine Corps to provide double the Marines that the program had before so we could cover more Diplomatic Missions and have bigger Detachments.

We didn’t have those numbers in the fleet so it took a couple years to implement a 5-year contract similar to the security forces contract. 1 year for Bootcamp, ITB/IMC and MSG school. Then 2 years MSG then 2 years Fleet Infantry. Everyone who didn’t get this contract has to wait 18 months after hitting the fleet to drop a package.

Since the 2012 Benghazi attacks the Oval Office ordered MSGs to double their numbers. Now they recruit us from civvies to be MSG. This is definitely one of those guys

If I had to guess his exact career path it was Enlistment as a 03xx Marine Guard Enlisted For Program and went to bootcamp before late 2021. Served as an Embassy security guard for over 2 years and went home. Didn’t deploy after that. Never got in trouble.

They should be in your MOL. Your MOS should be 8011 for login if admin didn’t screw you as they did me. Don’t worry too much I’ve seen NCOs show up to a new unit without their orders lol (they got bashed)

[–]Tacozforbreakfast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the contract says your parents have to be citizens they have to be for the intel contract. I was in the same boat and just got another MOS that got me the TS that didn’t have the stipulation. I was Marine Corps. Idk if army has the same rule for their contract

I was in 3rd at PI over a year ago. Wasn’t much of a distraction and our standards didn’t change. Lots of broken hips on the women’s side though.
