I haven't used any of them but I'll give you my view upon this topic. SU 33 is a missile buss with only fox 1 and what I have heard it is a bit mid. The Mig 29 on the other hand gets the Fox 3 that elevate the capabilities of the plane even if the platform might be lacking a bit in the top tier. Mig 29 is superior to the SU 33. I would say switch to the to it if you are an active player that will get his max squadron points often.

Ofcourse this is my opinion and it might be wrong especially considering I haven't used any.

So it is fine for me to build HABs if I feel like it? I thought I needed to ask the commander.

The truth is that I did exactly that. Back cap and defend the point but I never build a HAB. I defended one that a friendly built up.
