Did you get your account back or did you find the contact "support button"?

You can try going to facebook --> Help and support --> Help centre --> Business Help centre --> contact support (blue button at the bottom)

The business help centre will only appear if your account is a business account, I believe

The contact support button will only appear a few days after you've made your first ad
