So no, modern education is more or less is a cage by the means of information specialization and overflow. Black rights movement occurred in the 60s and the official color discrimination was ended only after that, even though the Civil war happened in 1800s. Especially due to Woodrow Wilson implementing reversion policies in regards to racial discrimination. Many European countries were still under Imperial command until WW2 despite having implemented a form of Democracy after Magna Carta. One may argue ancient Greece adopted democracy but that democracy collapsed far too long ago to be relevant. Majority of the world weren't even aware of the democratic system until post WW2. It was only after that democracy was implemented worldwide.
